A  man was sentenced to 25 years in prison last week after pleading guilty to multiple indictments in Neshoba County Circuit Court.

Charles Ray Goss Jr., 39,  408 south Decatur St., Union, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling house and received a 15-year sentence. He was also fined $5,000.

Circuit Court Judge Mark Duncan ordered that he pay $500 in restitution to the victim.

Goss also pleaded guilty to grand larceny in connection with the theft of a 2014 Polaris ATV and was sentenced to three years.

He received two-year sentence after pleading guilty to false pretense where the state charged that he pawned the ATV.

An additional two years were given to Goss after he pleaded guilty to a second count of grand larceny of an ATV. He was ordered to make $1,500 in restitution to the victim.

He was sentenced to an additional three years after he pleaded guilty to burglary of a storage shed.  He was ordered to make $75 in restitution to the victim in that case.

All the sentences were to run consecutively for a total of 25 years, with 15 years suspended leaving 10 to serve.

Goss will be on five years probation after he is released. The court retained jurisdiction in the cases for one year in order for him to provide truthful testimony against co-indictees if called upon.

In other Circuit Court cases:

• Brandon Forty, 24, of 10030 Jordon Lane Lot 5, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and received a 30-month sentence. Twelve months were suspended leaving 18 to serve. He was also ordered to enroll in a long term alcohol and drug treatment program.

He will be placed on 12 months of supervised probation upon release. Forty was also fined $2,500.

• Angelena Ann Dykes, 37, of 10102 Road 325, Union,  pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and received a three-year sentence which was suspended. She was fined $2,000. She also pleaded guilty to possession of alprazolam and possession of marijuana.  She was fined $250 on each of those charges. She was also placed on three years of supervised probation.

• Cruise Allen Petty, 25, of 208 Robinhood Circle, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. He received a three-year sentence and $2,500 fine. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on five years of supervised probation.

• Dominick M. Moorman, 20, 521 Grant Street, Atlanta, pleaded guilty to taking away a motor vehicle.  He received a four-year sentence and $2,500 fine.

• Adrian Lee Overton, 22, of 20407 Highway 15 south, Union, pleaded guilty to burglary of a storage shed.  She was accepted into the Drug Court program.

• Tyshawn Donald, 21, of 378 A Jericho Street, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess/introduce a controlled substance in a correctional facility. He received a five-year sentence, with three years suspended. He was fined $2,500. The court retained jurisdiction in the case for one year in order for him to provide truthful testimony against a co-indictee if called upon.

• Stephen Hanna, 40, of 8436 Attala Road 315, Ethel,  pleaded guilty to cyberstalking. He received a one-year sentence and a $2,500 fine. He was ordered not to have any contact with the victim after he is released.

• Biana Parnell, 27, of 224 Robinhood Circle, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. She received a 10 year sentence which was suspended. She was placed on five years supervised probation. She was fined $5,000.

• Dewayne Johnson, 49, of 520 Ivy Street,  pleaded guilty to malicious mischief.  He was placed in the Drug Court program.

• Kedayton K. Kirkland, 20, of 11020 Road 212,  pleaded guilty to possession of contraband in a correctional facility. He received a three-year sentence and $2,500 fine.

• Mary Jennifer Bell, 29, of 514 A. C. Walters Road, pleaded guilty to exploitation of a vulnerable adult. She was placed in Drug Court.
