Umpires at Parks
Anyone interested in umpiring at the park may attend a meeting on Tuesdaym April 1 at the senior citizens building at 5:30 p.m.
The annual meeting of the County Line Volunteer Fire Department Fire Protection Deistrict will be held on Tuesday, April 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the County Line Community Center. All district residents and property owners are encouraged to attend.
A Health Fair will be held Match 26 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Exhibit Hall Haed Start Center on Carver Avenue. Ther will be a variety of public vendors attending this event providing very important information. Everyone is invited.
Worship at Abound Life
On behalf of Pastor Esther and Deacon Lee Coleman and the church family of Abound Life, we invite you to worship with us at an old fashioned singing and prayer meeting. This spirit filled event will begin March 31 at 7 p.m. tp 12 a.m. Monday. We are asking everyone to come and help us lift up the name of Jesus. There is no greater way than for us to assemble ourselves together and worship as the old saints did on Pentecost. You may bring your oil and cloth to be blessed.
The Word of God church invites the public to a city-wide revival March 31 through April 4, starting at 7 p.m. nightly. This revival is in wake of all the violence that has taken place in the city over the last year.
Devotional speakers will be the Reverends Thermon Brazzle Jr., Chris Vowell, David Brazzle and Tellas Moore and Pastor Harold Coburn Jr.
Revival speakers will be Pastor Delores Thompson of Jackson, Evangelist Sallie Stribling Holmes of Philadelphia, Evangelist Patricia Burkes Griffin of Philadelphia, Evangelist Regina Yarborough of Philadelphia and Pastor Sylvester Hampton of Philadelphia.
The Runnels Family from Hollandale will be in concert at Center Hill Baptist Church at 11291 Highway 486 on March 29 at 7 p.m. The pastor is Bro. Jerry Bishop.
The monthly meeting of the Central Mississippi Chapter 1251 of NARFE will be Wednesday, April 2 at 11:30 a.m. at Ronnie's Steak and Grill at 734 Pecan Ave. Lynda Crawford of Through His Hands will be the guest speaker. One Way Quartet
High Hill Baptist Church, Neshoba County, will host One Day Quartet in concert for their Fifth Sunday Gospel Singing on Sunday, March 30 at 6 p.m.
Rev. Don Cook, pastor, and Mike Barker, music director, invite the public the attend.
A love offering will be accepted.
A benefit will be held for Baby Current, the son of Ben and Carrie Wallace, on Saturday, April 5 at Thunder Ridge.
Music starts at 7 p.m. by Pinnishook along with special guest, Nashville musician Zack Logan.
Pulled pork plates will be ready at 5 p.m. at $7 per plate.

The St. Paul MB Church's youth revival will be held March 24-28 at 7:30 p.m. There will be a different messenger each night: Evangelist Mary Watkins on Monday, Pastor Beverly Gill on Tuesday, Evangelist Patricia Griffin on Wednesday, Pastor Marie Hawthorne on Thursday and Pastor Alene Parker on Friday. The public is invited. Rev. Sylvester Hampton is pastor.
Cedar Grove Baptist Church, 883 Cedar Grove Road, Lena, will host New Destiny from Byhalia on Sunday, March 30 at 5 p.m. A love offering will be received and fellowship afterwards. The annual Herrington family reunion will be held on Saturday, March 29 at noon in the fellowship hall of Pine Grove Baptist Church in the House community. All descendents of the Herrington family are invited to attend. Bring a covered dish and enjoy the fellowship. JA of Philadelphia will host a two-person scramble golf tournament. JA "Fore! the Kids" golf tournament will be March 29 at Philadelphia Country Club.
Registration will start at 8-9 a.m. and tee off at 9 a.m. The entry fee with be $120 a team. Refreshments will be provided. Plaques for flight winners.

OLD TIME CAMP MEETING
There will be an old time camp meeting service at Northside Pentecostal Church on Friday, April 4 at 7 p.m. Pastor is Samuel Fulton. Music will be by Peggy Alford Jordan. The speaker will be the Rev. Marlon Adcock. On Saturday, April 7 at 7 p.m. there will be music by the Gospel Warriors with the Rev. Arrie Fulton as speaker.
On Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m., the church will celebrate its three-year anniversary. The speaker will be the Rev. Arrie Fulton.
The Ellingburg reunion will be Sunday, April 6 at the VFW building. The doors will open at 9 a.m. and the meal served at noon.
SINGING AT MT. CARMEL
The Price Family will sing at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church of Edinburg on Sunday, April 6 at 6 p.m. All are invited.
Ham Jam Hog Wild Run
The Sixth Annual Ham Jam Hog Wild Run, presented by Junior Auxiliary, will be held on April 12. A 5k run/walk and 1 mile fun run will be held. Entrance fees are $20 for 5k run/walk and $15 for fun run. A fee of $5 added for entries after April 4. No t- shirt promised for participants who sign up after April 4. Good Friday Gospel Music Night
The public is invited to a free gospel music night at the Pearl River Amphitheater in Choctaw on April 18, at 6 p.m. Terry Terrel, a native Misissippian from Foxworth, will be performing some of his country gospel music ministry. starting at 7:30 p.m. Invite a friend and come enjoy gospel music at this great event!

SPRING HILL CEMETERY

All area churches are invited to a three-night spring revival at Mt. Enon M. B. Church in the Dixon community. Services will begin nightly at 7 p.m., April 7 through April 9. The Rev. Rochelle Wright of Forest will be the guest speaker and the Rev. Darius Thames is pastor.
Mt. Nebo Baptist Church will have its annual spring revival April 13 through April 17 beginning at 6 p.m. on Sunday night and at 7:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday. The Rev. O. J. Hudson will be the guest evangelist.
