Registration for the pre-kindergarten program at Neshoba Central has been set for May 5-9.

The Pre-Kindergarten Program is located at the Neshoba County Parent Resource Center building at Valley View.

Students are screened for enrollment by a pre-kindergarten test. The program is designed to serve those children with the most academic/development needs.

The classes will begin and end to coincide with the regular school term at Neshoba County Schools.

Participating students' parents will be require to provide transportation to and from the center.

As all other students in the school district, pre-K students will be offered breakfasts and lunches by the Neshoba County School District Food Services.

Anyone having a 4-year-old child and wishing for the child to be tested for the pre-K program must come to the Parent Resource Center to register the child between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on May 5-9.

It is not necessary for your child to be present on the day of registration.

If all registration materials are presented, an appointment will be assigned for your child to be screened for placement.
