Lanterns will light up the sky during the annual Relay for Life event, on May 17.
The event was rescheduled after last week inclement weather.
Volunteers hope to raise over $60,000 for the American Cancer Society.
Ten teams will compete in the relay on the football field at Neshoba Central High School.
Relay will begin with a cancer survivors' reception at 6 p.m., followed by the survivor walk at 7 p.m.
