Two Neshoba County men have been changed with felony drug possession.

David Heney, 59, of 10330 Road 2806, and Scotty Cumberland, 33, of 10770 Road 763, were each charged with felony possession of crystal methamphetamine following a vehicle search at 2 p.m. on March 12, Sheriff Tommy Waddell said.

The arrest came while investigators were in the Arlington community investigating a possible theft, Waddell said.

"They came across a Chevrolet Tahoe on Mississippi 19 north with the two inside," he said.

"The investigators checked out the pair and discovered crystal methamphetamine in the vehicle."

They are both out of jail on $15,000 bonds.
