Allen, Hagan wed in May 19 ceremony

Monica Allen of Union and Nathan Hagan of Little Rock were married on May 19, 2012, at Mathews Manor in Springville, Ala. Parents of the bride are Sharon Allen of Union and Robert Allen and Terri Allen of Meridian. Parents of the groom are Kenneth and Carol Hagan of Little Rock.

The private ceremony was held outside in Micah's Meadow under a chandelier clad 100 year old oak tree and included approximately 30 close friends and family members.
Matron of honor was Rhonda Holley of Philadelphia. Other attendants of the bride were Sandy Robinson of Union and Whitney Amis of Decatur. Phillip Dean of Little Rock served as best man and Brian White of Little Rock and Chris Morland of Enterprise were groomsmen.
The bride wore a strapless sweetheart neckline Maggie Sottero lace mermaid gown with a jeweled flower detail at the waist.
Bridesmaids all wore different styles of knee length dresses in champagne.
A reception followed the ceremony in Rebecca's Garden at the manor. Mathews Manor provided all flowers, linen, food and décor.
The cake was a three tier swirled buttercream confection adorned with garden roses echoing the bride's bouquet.
Following the ceremony and reception, the bride and groom spent the night in the Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham, Ala., before heading to a honeymoon in St Lucia. The bride and groom share their home in Meridian were the bride is an RN and groom works at Key Field.
