Lofton, Knox to unite in August 6 ceremony

Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Ray Knox of Ellisville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kerri Ashland Knox, to John Andrew Lofton, son of the late Tim Lofton and Mr. and Mrs. David Ray Fulton of Philadelphia.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Aug. 6, 2014, in Destin, Fla.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grady Eldridge of Houston, Mrs. Jimmie Faye Knox of Houston and the late Jack Knox. She is a graduate of South Jones High School and Pearl River Community College with a major in Surgical Technology. Miss Knox is employed at Anderson Hospital in Meridian as a surgical technician.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late A.G. Lofton, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Lundy and Mr. and Mrs. John Holley of Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Neshoba Central High School and the Community College of the Air Force with a major in Air Traffic Operations and Management. Mr. Lofton is employed with the Department of the Air Force in Meridian as an air traffic control specialist.
A reception will be held on site, aboard the Solaris, immediately following the ceremony.
