Grand jury returns 22 indictments

A Neshoba County grand jury returned 22 indictments after considering 25 cases and examining 36 witnesses.

One case was remanded to a lower court while another was continued for further investigation.

Among the indictments processed:

• Franklin Ketcher, 37, of 145 Rolling Hills Dr., Choctaw, driving under the influence of alcohol, third or subsequent offense.

• Condrey Coleman, 21, of North Street, Union Square Apts., Union, sale of less than 30 grams of marijuana and sale of cocaine. He pleaded not guilty.

• Robert Murphy, 34, of 10741 Road 143, false pretense. He pleaded not guilty.

• Tonya Flowers, 37, of 13351 Highway 16 east, sale of alprazolam and sale of hydrocodone.

• James Michael Bishop, 41, taking water a motor vehicle and burglary of an automobile. He pleaded guilty.

• Trey Allen Beamon, 19, of 837 Chestnut, possession of cocaine.

• Patricia Ann Graham, 50, of 236 Bell Ave., four counts of uttering forgery. She pleaded not guilty.

• Marcus Cedric Beamon, 26, of 11710 Road 570,fleeing a law officer in a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

• Patricia Ann Graham, 50, of 236 Bell Ave., five counts of uttering forgery. Not guilty.

• Christopher Russell Wallace, 27, of 12320 Road 325, Union, burglary of a dwelling house and burglary of a storage shed. He pleaded not guilty.

• Kizzy Carter, 28, of 378A Jericho St., delivery of marijuana to a correctional facility.

• Marcus Deshan Wilson, 19, of 527 Kelly St., burglary of a motor vehicle. He was indicted as a habitual offender and pleaded not guilty.

• Alexander C. Stewart, 19, of 10041 Road 616, attempted strong-armed robbery. He pleaded not guilty.

• Teresa Anderson, 28, of 13215 Highway 491 north, simple assault on a law enforcement officer. She pleaded not guilty.

• Billy Jerome Hunter, 40, of 393 Loper St., sale of cocaine, two counts. He pleaded not guilty.

• Kevin Lenard Willis, 29, of 250 Hayes St., and Billy Dewayne Eiland, 26, of 2192 Evergreen Road, Louisville, possession of cocaine. They pleaded not guilty.

• Johnny W. Ladd, 32, 10041 Road 410, statutory rape. He pleaded not guilty.

• Jeremi Malone, 25, of 233 Carter St., possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana.

• Kenneth Crockett, 38, of 835 Chestnut St., sale of cocaine within 1500 feet of a church.

• Melinda G. Jones, 33, prescription forgery.
