| INCIDENT REPORTS |
An employee at a store in the 90 block of Canal Street reported that a man came into the store trying to steal an AT&T cell phone. The phones are locked on a rack and the subject reportedly took a box cutter and cut the phone loose. Upon approaching the subject he put the phone down and left the store.
