INCIDENT REPORTS
• An employee at a store in the 90 block of Canal Street reported that a man came into the store trying to steal an AT&T cell phone. The phones are locked on a rack and the subject reportedly took a box cutter and cut the phone loose. Upon approaching the subject he put the phone down and left the store. The employee said that this is not the first time he has done this.

Tribal judge rejects casino appeal
