Funeral service for Mr. Cecil Sullivan Hooker will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 11 A.M. from Poplar Springs M.B. Church, with Pastor Thurman Brazzle officiating. Burial will be at W.C. Calloway Memorial Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hooker, 91, of Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Lorece Hooker of Philadelphia, MS, one grandchild, Christian Wilborn of Seattle, WA, one sister, Shirley Edwards of Oklahoma City, OK, two great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Maurice Williams, George White, Jerry Calloway, Jason Adams, Charles Ray Adams and Joe Peeples.
