Former chancery judge Kilpatrick has died

Longtime Philadelphia attorney J. Max Kilpatrick, who, among other things, served as a chancery judge and attorney to the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors, has died. He was 79.

A service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
