Sylvester James Hall
Funeral services for Mr. Sylvester James Hall were held at 2 PM Monday, February 3, 2025, at Macedonia Baptist Church with Bro. Tim Tubby officiating. Interment was in Conehatta Community Cemetery. Visitation was at 10 AM Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 201 Tiak Osi Lane, Walnut Grove, MS. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hall, 49, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Choctaw Health Center. He lived in the Conehatta Community most of his life. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. His hobbies were basketball, fishing, playing guitar, and spending time with his kids.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Baxter Hall Sr. and Martha Lou Isom Hall; sisters, Linda Faye Hall, Sandy Hall; brothers, Jesse Hall, Baxter Hall Jr.
Survivors include his daughters, Khole Martin, Hayli Hall; son, Kaden Hall; sisters, Martha Hall, Glenda Hall; nephews, Andrea Hall, Baxter Hall III; nieces, Brittany Ferris, Sharrissa Smith, Lakipa Chickaway; special friend, Beatrice Willis.
Pallbearers will be Lucas Thomas, Shaun Grant, Jerry Shoemake, Jamison Wilson, Brannon Farmer, Dejon Dixon.
