Sylvia Burrage Moffett

Graveside services for Ms. Sylvia Burrage Moffett were held at 2 PM Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Pleasant Springs Presbyterian Cemetery in Preston with Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Moffett, 83, entered her heavenly home on Saturday, April 13, 2024. She lived her life in Kemper, Clarke, Lauderdale and Neshoba Counties. She was a homemaker and Baptist by faith. Her hobbies include deer and turkey hunting, fishing and all sports.

Ms. Moffett was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Davis and Lydia Boren Davis; Husband, Everette E. Burrage; Brothers, Aaron Davis, Robert E. Davis and Henry Davis.

Survivors: Daughters, Carol Burrage Warren (Bud) of Philadelphia and Sheila Burrage of Philadelphia; Sister, Nell Stone of Henderson, Kentucky; Granddaughter, Katie Fitzhugh (Joseph); Great-Granddaughter, Vada Fitzhugh; Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
