Teen arrested in RV park burglary

A juvenile was arrested and charged with burglary last week after breaking into a building at Frog Level RV Park and stealing cash.

The 14-year-old male was arrested at the nearby Reunion Court Apartments on Frog Level Lane on Tuesday, June 24, at about 9 p.m., according to Philadelphia Police Chief Eric Lyons.

”The case will be handled in youth court.” Lyons said.

The break-in occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 21, at the RV park off of Highway 16 West, Lyons said. An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.

The juvenile was caught on camera at the RV park.

“Philadelphia Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance and tips that led to the apprehension of this juvenile,” Lyons said.
