Mayor James Young signed a resolution on Thursday endorsing the Vision Neshoba Generational Master Plan as a guide for economic development and community improvement.
The resolution commits the city of Philadelphia to working with local organizations and stakeholders to implement the plan’s recommendations and achieve its objectives for the benefit of all current residents and future generations.
