Santa and Mrs. Claus and an elf crew were joined by first lady Deborah Bryant and Gov. Phil Bryant, center, volunteer Hannah Mason and Philadelphia artist Justin Donald, far right, at Batson Children's Hospital last Monday as they delivered presents and visited with sick children.
They delivered gifts galore to hospital patients, courtesy of St. Nick's helpers and the many Mississippians who donated toys to the state's only children's hospital.
