PAID POLITICAL AD/Patrick Burt seeks election as Place 1 Constable

Posted

I’m Patrick Burt, candidate for Constable Place 1, in the Aug. 8 Republican primary.

My wife, Kendal, a registered nurse, and I have two children, Jonah Rack Burt and McKenna Baldwin.

I grew up in the Longino community, the son of the late Rack and Bettye Burt. My family and I currently reside in the House community where we attend Pine Grove Baptist Church.

I am a 2008 graduate of the Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Academy with 15 years of law enforcement experience. I worked 12 years for the Philadelphia Police Department. For the past three years, I have worked with the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office.

I have participated in numerous continuing education classes such as narcotics, investigations, active shooting training and impaired driving, among others.

If elected constable, I will continue to diligently serve our county as a Deputy Sheriff with a primary focus on the illegal use/trafficking of drugs in our county.

A very large number of crimes are associated with the sale and personal use of narcotics. I have always kept a professional courtroom setting and will work closely with the judges to bring justice to the system. I will assist the Sheriff’s Department and Philadelphia Police Department in our proactive efforts to make Neshoba County and Philadelphia a safe place to live, work and worship.

My family and I would be grateful for your support in the upcoming election.
